As a Fence Builder at H&S Fence, you will work with a crew installing agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, continuous fence, gates, and other livestock containment solutions. This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.Pay & Benefits

$26 – $32 per hour depending on experience

Overtime after 40 hours

Assistance with obtaining class A CDLResponsibilities

Install agricultural fencing systems including:

Barbed wire

Woven wire

Continuous fence panels

Steel and wood post systems

Gates and livestock handling systems

Set posts using equipment and manual methods

Stretch wire and install braces according to company standards

Operate equipment such as skid steers, post drivers, and power tools

Load and unload materials and maintain organized job sites

Represent H&S Fence professionally when interacting with customers

Follow safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship standardsQualifications

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor

Comfortable working with tools and construction equipment

Ability to work well with a team and take direction

Valid driver’s license required
