H&S Fence is looking for hardworking individuals to join our Fence Construction crew. This position involves building high-quality agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, continuous fence, and gates.

This is hands-on outdoor work for people who enjoy building things with their hands and taking pride in doing the job right.Pay & Benefits

$26 – $32 per hour

Overtime after 40 hours

Assistance with obtaining a Class A CDLResponsibilities

Install agricultural fencing systems including barbed wire, woven wire, and continuous fence

Set posts, stretch wire, and install braces and gates

Operate equipment such as skid steers, post drivers, and power tools

Load and unload materials and keep job sites organized

Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and safelyRequirements

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor

Comfortable using tools and equipment

Team player with a positive attitude
