Recruiting Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)
Position Type: Contract/Contract-to-Hire
Location: Hybrid after 30-days (2-3 days/week in-office)
Department: Talent Acquisition & Human Resources
FUNCTION: Support the Talent Acquisition team along with shared HR duties. This will be a contract-to-hire position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The role is critical in ensuring smooth and professional candidate experience while maintaining efficient recruiting operations.

WORK HOURS: This is an hourly, non-exempt position that reports Monday—Friday. Opportunity for hybrid work after 30-days
RESPONSIBILITES: Employee is expected to conduct all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, all published handbooks, Fair Housing laws (both Federal and local), the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and all other laws pertaining to the multi-family industry. Specific responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
TALENT ACQUISITION AND HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT
Source qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn and ATS tools
Schedule interviews between candidates and TA/hiring managers
Manage scheduling across multiple calendars
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records
Post job openings across job boards
Assist with candidate communications and follow-ups during the pre-screening process
Prepare onboarding documentation
Support pre-employment processes (onboarding follow-ups and drug screens)
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team
ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE
Handle electronic and telecommunications with prospective candidates
Maintain accurate data entry in the ATS and HRIS, and other administrative reports.
Qualify candidates through various recruitment verticals (Indeed, LinkedIn, ClearCompany)
Support in the pre-employment process of candidates (background checks, motor vehicle record checks, drug screens)
Assist with file organization and uploading documents into the HRIS and ATS
Support various projects for TA and HR teams
Handle administrative functions, to include clerical and reception responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with various applicant tracking systems and coordinating ATS/HRIS projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
Professional, polished, and candidate-focused demeanor
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 40% of time is spent on feet and 60% sitting at desk.

Climb Stairs Inspect and show property
Push or Pull Inspect and show property, open and close doors
Reach Above Shoulder Inspect property, store/retrieve supplies

Writing/Typing Corporate, resident communications

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
Moderate need (20% to 25% of the time) to inspect apartment community and surrounding neighborhood, make trips to the bank and other local businesses.
Must have reliable transportation as necessary to safely and effectively carry out the responsibilities listed above.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Indoors (66% to 100% of the time); outdoors, all conditions (33% to 66% of the time).
Occasional exposure to caustics, solvents, oils, fumes, flammables, pesticides, etc. (less than 10%).REASONING DEVELOPMENT:
