CDL CLASS A DRIVER

Dedicated CDL Class A Driver

$90,000- $110,000 yearly

Shift available starts between 12am-5am

Deliver fresh and frozen groceries on a '53,'51,'48, or'46 ft reefer trailer to supermarkets and distribution centers.

Multi-stop loads, usually 2-3 stops per trailer.

15-20 total stops per week on avg

Drivers normally do 2 loads per day or one long load.

Drivers will pick up return product at the final stop or pick up a backhaul back to the DC

Assigned Automatic trucks.

Drivers will not operate within New York City, but do run in the Greater Boston Area

Automatic day cabs that cannot be taken home for time off. Drivers Must have personal transportation to and from work daily.

Uniforms and steel-toed boots are provided

*$50 daily rate for a total of $250. (Must work all 5 days to receive the daily rate)

*$20/hour safety training.

*$22.50 Refused Delivery

*$100 Layover per day will be compensated due to weather

conditions or unforeseen circumstances that cause the driver to layover.

A combination of no touch and driver assisted unload at most stores with a driver unload required at some locations

Drivers will be trained in pallet jack usage to help with unloading at the store.

Drivers will help support other accts in the local area as needed.

Drivers should understand the importance of customer service and have good customer service skills.

Local New England deliveries.

Very simple deliveries to chain stores.

Consistent schedules and work/life balance. (Time, Days off, Flexible)

Lowest turnover in the network.

Since C&S account began, 15% higher W2 on average and great pay tiers as you increase.

New equipment brought in. Trucks on avg are 3 years or newer.
