Location: Johnstown, Ohio

Pay Rate: $17.60

Schedule: 2nd shift Assembler

Monday Thursday 2:45PM-1:15AM

Mandatory OT may be requested and added to the beginning of your shift with notice.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembly Associate in the Inserts Department. Inserts are a specialized type of tire patch, and this position will play a key role in the production process.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and prepare insert products according to established quality and safety standards

Operate equipment and tools necessary for the assembly process

Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Dependable with good attendance and punctuality

Ability to lift up to [insert weight if needed] and stand for extended periods

Team player with a positive attitude
