Open 7 days per week

5 shifts per week, 8 hours each

Weekend rotation required, structured as:

One weekend fully off

One weekend working Saturday & Sunday

One weekend working Saturday or Sunday

One additional weekend working Saturday & Sunday

Rotation through open, mid, and closing shifts

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring donor eligibility through accurate screenings and clinical assessments. This position offers a steady pace in a team-based environment and is significantly less physically demanding than traditional bedside nursing roles.

You’ll collaborate closely with a team of 5–8 nurses in a highly process-driven setting.Primary Responsibilities

Conduct physical assessments and donor eligibility screenings

Obtain height, weight, and vital signs

Perform finger-stick testing (hematocrit and protein)

Complete basic clinical assessment tasks

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate closely with clinical team membersWhat You Won’t Do

No venipuncture required (cross-training available if interested)

LPN: $28 - $29.50/hourSign-On Bonus: $2,500

2-year commitment required

Repayment terms:

100% repayment if leaving within the first year

50% repayment if leaving after one year
