A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and operational performance initiatives. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in evaluating plant performance, improving financial visibility, and supporting strategic decision making. The ideal Financial Analyst brings a strong foundation in cost accounting or manufacturing finance, along with the technical ability to work across complex ERP systems, reporting tools, and data platforms. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively, introduce process improvements, and deliver high quality financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing cost drivers, production metrics, variances, and operational trends.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as a critical member of the finance team.
Partner with plant leadership to provide visibility into operational performance.
Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Enhance reporting processes by leveraging strong systems and data skills.
Assist with budgeting, standard costing updates, and inventory valuation.
Recommend improvements to tools, processes, and systems to increase efficiency.
Act as a proactive and collaborative Financial Analyst throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing financial concepts
Demonstrated strength with financial systems, software tools, and data analytics
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience highly preferred
Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, problem solving mindset
