Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a Network Admin/Help Desk Analyst to join their team. You will be part of the IT Department supporting the network security and systems administration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Maintain and support network security systems and procedures to safeguard internal applications and data
Administer system access and manage user permissions across various platforms and applications
Troubleshoot security issues and provide end-user support via the Remedy HelpDesk system
Manage and monitor network printers, including setup, modification, and location updates
Collaborate with IT teams and other business units to ensure seamless operations and security compliance What's Needed?
Experience with PowerShell scripting and MS Access
Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM
Knowledge of user and database administration
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite near North Chicago, with a rotating schedule every 6-7 weeks What's in it for me?
