Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team. As a QA Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the production and quality control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Supervisor

Pay Range:$85,000 - $105,000

What's the Job?

Oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure product standards are met and maintained.

Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols for cranberry processing, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Conduct plant audits, paperwork reviews, and process checks to uphold quality standards.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation of quality activities, including test results, inspections, and non-conformance reports. What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field with at least 5 years of leadership experience in food industry quality assurance and control.

Certifications such as PCQI, HACCP, and the ability to obtain BPC certification within 6 months of hire.

Strong knowledge of processing and canning operations, laboratory techniques, and quality control methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends during peak periods. What's in it for me?
