We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. This Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager role blends Agile leadership, technical project management, and DevOps collaboration to ensure high-quality software delivery while aligning engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex Agile technology initiatives from planning through execution.

Facilitate PI Planning events across distributed analytics and platform teams, aligning objectives, dependencies, and capacity planning.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and product goals.

Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, define PI Objectives, and sequence product roadmaps.

Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories, including defining Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).

Develop business rules, process mapping, and data flows in collaboration with product owners and business stakeholders.

Coordinate project schedules and delivery milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.

Oversee Agile delivery processes, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test environments to support efficient software releases.

Monitor progress, track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implement mitigation strategies.

Define release scope and schedules to ensure consistent and timely value delivery.

Communicate status updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure solutions meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility. Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Project Manager Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or similar leadership roles.

Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), SDLC, and DevOps best practices.

Proven experience managing enterprise technology projects and Agile delivery teams.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and production environment management.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced Agile environments.
