As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. What's the Job?
Perform machine operation and integration according to the production schedule.
Provide effective training to other Machine Operators and personnel.
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout production.
Read and interpret drawings, conduct visual inspections of sheet metal products.
Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three to six months of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience.
Experience with precision mechanical operation and complex manufacturing processes preferred.
Ability to read tape measure, calipers, or other measuring devices (or willingness to learn).
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
