Location: Gainesville, FL

Employment Type: Full-TimeShift & Compensation

Schedule: Days Rotating Weekends

(Typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; may vary based on hospital needs)

Pay Range: $35.77 – $53.65+ per hour (based on experience)

New Grad/Minimum: $35.77

10 Years Experience: $44.71

16+ Years: $49.18 (Max)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients in both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings. This role focuses on restoring communication, cognitive function, and safe swallowing through evidence-based, individualized care plans.Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical observations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Manage dysphagia cases and ensure safe swallowing strategies

Educate patients and families on therapy goals and progress

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care management teams

Support smooth patient transitions across care settingsQualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Licensure: Active Florida State SLP License

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Speech Language Pathology experience required

Preferred Experience:

MBS (Modified Barium Swallow Study)

FEES (Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing)Benefits Package
