The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, influence decision-making, and contribute directly to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable recommendations
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership
Assist in strategic planning and long-term financial projections
Support cost analysis and profitability assessments
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to gather data and ensure accuracy
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency
Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities What We Offer
