Change Management Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Design, implement, and reinforce change strategies to support organizational and technology transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with Agile product teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to embed change activities into delivery cycles.

Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Lead communication, training, engagement, and adoption activities to ensure successful transitions.

Track change progress, measure adoption, and adjust strategies to overcome resistance and facilitate smooth change adoption. What's Needed?

5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or related fields.

Experience supporting Agile product and program delivery, including familiarity with sprints, ceremonies, and cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and environments for immediate contribution.

Strong conflict-resolution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Understanding of regulatory, operational, and risk considerations within the financial industry. What's in it for me?
