Scope of work:
Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work. Work involves planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating and implementing programming projects; as well as providing technical assistance. This includes analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the various functional areas of the Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo. Works in a manner that exemplifies and supports the agency's core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.
Minimum Required Experience:
8 years of experience in SQL or PL/SQL
8 years of experience with software version control systems
8 years of experience developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites
8 years of experience in C# and ASP.NET (including at least 2 years with .NET 8.0 or higher)
8 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
8 years of experience developing system documentation
1 year of experience developing and maintaining Python batch scripts
1 year of experience working in Agile methodology environments
1 year of experience using Syncfusion and Bold Reports for UI/UX development and reporting
1 year of experience integrating with Google and Apple authentication systems
1 year of experience with .NET LINQ (Language Integrated Query)
1 year of experience developing Java applications
1 year of knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations
1 year of knowledge of interfaces and data exchange standards between software applications
