Vice President - Bespoke Fiduciary Solutions

Location: Cayman Islands

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Vice President to join a leading Bespoke Fiduciary Solutions team in the Cayman Islands.

Reporting to the Head of Bespoke Fiduciary Solutions, this is a senior-level opportunity for a fiduciary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex structures, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

This role offers significant exposure to high-value transactions and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and global positioning of the team.

The Role:

Act in a fiduciary capacity as a director, manager, or officer across a wide range of structures, including fund, corporate, and bespoke trust arrangements.

Lead and facilitate board meetings, ensuring strong governance, effective decision-making, and regulatory compliance.

Manage and administer a portfolio of entities from onboarding through to transaction close.

Review and analyse complex transaction and deal documentation, identifying structural or risk issues.

Liaise directly with attorneys, investment managers, auditors, administrators, and banking professionals.

Review and approve financial statements, ensuring fiduciary duties are discharged appropriately.

Prepare fee proposals and new business acceptance documentation for senior management approval.

Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are adhered to and properly documented.

Oversee billing and accounts receivable for your portfolio.

Mentor and develop junior team members.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and internal control enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, or legal qualification preferred).

A relevant degree in business, law, finance, or related discipline.

Registration (or eligibility to register) as a CIMA-registered director under the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Act.

5–7+ years’ fiduciary and financial services experience.

Proven experience working with fund, corporate, or trust structures (experience with CIMA-registered funds, unit trusts, or insurance structures is advantageous).

Strong corporate governance knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and business development opportunities.

Excellent analytical and data review capabilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).
