Junior Architect (Full-Time, On-Site)

Role Description

We are hiring a Junior Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry. The Junior Architect will be involved in creating innovative architectural designs, collaborating with senior architects to develop and refine projects, and ensuring the integration of technical and creative elements. The role also involves assisting in project management, preparing detailed plans, and overseeing the execution of construction projects to maintain quality and design standards.

Location: Pondicherry

Experience: 1–2 years

Language: Proficient in English and Tamil.

Technical Requirements:

Software: Advanced AutoCAD (2D drafting) and 3D Modeling (SketchUp/Revit/VectorWorks).

Rendering: Proficiency in V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape and AI for high-end visualization.

Documentation: Ability to produce accurate Working Drawings (GFC), including MEP, False Ceiling, Tiling, and Joinery details.

Site Coordination: Experience in site visits to verify construction against design intent and GFC sets.

Tech-Savvy: Efficient workflow in file management and digital coordination.

Core Responsibilities:

Convert conceptual sketches into 3D models and renders.

Generate detailed architectural and technical drawing sets for site execution.

Conduct site inspections to ensure 100% accuracy in execution.

Communicate technical requirements to the site team in English and Tamil.
