Job Type: Long Term Contract

REQUIRED SKILLS

Plastics Manufacturing Maintenance Experience

2–5+ years of preventive and corrective maintenance in at least one of the following processes:

Plastic Injection Molding

Inline Sheet Extrusion

Inline Thermoforming

EPP / EPS shape molding

Strong mechanical understanding of how these systems integrate with robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.

Develops and follows maintenance checklists and SOPs for consistent performance.

Hands-on use of lathes, grinders, drill presses, welders, and torches for part fabrication or repair.

Ability to assemble and install pipe systems, valves, and pneumatic/hydraulic lines.

Competent with precision measurement tools and part inspection techniques.

Ability to communicate and write in English.

Nice to Have:

Direct experience with specific plastic equipment:

Haitian or JSW injection molding machines

Star Robots

Lyle thermoforming

Davis-Standard extrusion lines

Akkaya EPP/EPS machines

Una-Dyn or Novatec material handling systems

Licensed forklift or aerial-lift operator certification.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with CMMS data entry.

Experienced in operating forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts
