Description:

Design, develop and implement SAP Payroll software solutions for clients’ HR systems. Assess the impact of software upgrades and updates on existing solutions and make recommendations for best practices and for preserving the proper operation of business functions and processes after changes are made. Gather and analyze SAP functional needs and client requirements to create solutions to meet the clients' technical and functional objectives and requirements. Map Business Processes for SAP and SuccessFactors payroll implementations and develop Business blueprints for functional areas. Conduct Gap Analyses and evaluations of out-of-scope items and recommend customized solutions within SAP and the SuccessFactors software suite to meet clients’ business needs. Utilize SAP Implementation Management Guide (IMG) to configure functional settings, payroll schemas, rules, features, functions, operations and tables. Document configuration settings and design decisions to support knowledge transfer and ongoing support systems. Design and configure wage types, set up integration with SAP and SuccessFactors HCM modules and integration with SAP Financials and Controlling. Design and develop conversion routines for Payroll Data and Results using SAP utilities such as LSMW and CATT procedures. Conduct integrations using SAP standard tools and monitor integrations throughout the implementation. Work with Technical Teams to design and develop functional specifications to ensure custom objects are

developed and functioning according to their approved specifications. Perform all levels of testing including unit testing, integration testing, parallel runs, mock cut-overs and regression testing. Train client power-users and end-users in the newly implemented SAP business systems and processes. Support post go-live activities and resolve defects or issues with payroll software. Provide status reports and project feedback to Project Management and participate in functional and integration meetings.

Requires three years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or related role designing, developing and implementing SAP Payroll software solutions onto HR systems. Must participate in at least one full-cycle SAP and SuccessFactors payroll implementations for existing on-premise SAP HCM, time, and payroll systems.
