Role: Epicor CMS Business Analyst
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (In-person, Relocation expenses will be provided)

We are seeking a hands-on Epicor CMS Business Analyst with strong experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive industry. This role requires deep knowledge of Epicor CMS, manufacturing operations, and core business analysis practices.
Epicor CMS & Manufacturing Expertise
Must have hands-on experience with Epicor CMS
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations
Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments preferred
Knowledge of core Epicor CMS modules including:
Financial Management
Production Control
Planning & Scheduling
Supply Chain Management
Quality Management
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Core Business Analysis Skills
Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, inventory, quality) to gather and document business requirements
Analyze and document current workflows and recommend process improvements
Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes
Develop functional specifications and support end-user training
Perform data analysis to generate insights and support business decision-making
Technical & Project Skills
Develop reports and dashboards within Epicor CMS
Experience with SQL, SSRS, and query tools
Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
Configure Epicor CMS modules to align with business needs
Support system integrations including EDI and shop floor systems
Strong understanding of databases and system architecture
Experience with ODBC connections
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Knowledge of IBM iSeries server environment preferred
Ability to design and implement customer labeling updates using Labelview and integrate with CMS
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of Epicor CMS experience in a manufacturing setting
