What You’ll Do:
Manage key vendor relationships with customers to manage demand and planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Planning, Allocation, Finance and Warehouse
Monitor capacity, demand, and production timelines to ensure on-time execution
Review and monitory inventory and new production orders
Prepare and distribute regular reports, dashboards, and planning updates for leadership
Support short- and long-term planning initiatives, including scenario planning and forecasting
Ensure operational plans comply with company standards, policies, and procedures
Assist with continuous improvement efforts and special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in operations planning, scheduling, logistics
Previous experience working in supply chain or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
