The team is looking for a Senior Construction Field Representative focused on HVAC to oversee the construction for the Batavia Dry Project.
MUST HAVE: Construction experience in a food/CPG manufacturing environment.
The HVAC/Boiler/Chiller contractor will provide client with onsite professional services, including providing engineering inspection and control to support quality workmanship, safe environment, job project staffing, schedule adherence, QA/QC activities and follow up action items. The HVAC/Boiler/Chiller personnel will provide daily and weekly reports to the Site Management Team.
Activities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Coordinate daily installation activities with construction contractors while effectively communicating to all stakeholders
• Ensure subcontractors weekly quality control inspection reports are completed - inclusive of weekly tests and inspection on key areas
• Set and drive a culture of safety, communication, teamwork and accountability
• Be in the field supporting all aspects of project execution based on daily schedule and look-ahead schedule to mitigate risk, hold contractors accountable to client installation quality and workmanship.
• Ensure a safe working environment based on client H&S specifications
• Evaluation of HVAC-BOILER-CHILLER, welding, reinforcing steel, underground piping, concrete: testing and observation, equipment, alignment, fabricated items, insulation (pipe covering), labeling (pipe & equipment), cost codes (If issued to field)
• Review design vs. installation planning in the field to ensure proper installation and avoid clashes
• Build and/or maintain critical path schedules to ensure program status is communicated to appropriate stakeholders - including critical look-aheads for overall project & sub-projects
• Validating and performing redlines for final as-built documentation
• Inspection/Verification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
Education:
• PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA or similar is preferred
• OHSA 30
• CPR Training
• Fall Protection
Experience:
• Minimum of 5-10 years Construction Management experience in the field
• Experience managing projects through all phases of construction
• Requires experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Food manufacturing construction experience required.
Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years software applications experience: MS Office 365 including Teams, SharePoint; BIM360
• Steel toe shoes are required, and to be provided by the worker at own expense (job requirement)
