About the Role: AEM Developer

This role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA

The pay range for this role is $60 per hour Max

Lead efforts in code modernization, refactoring legacy code, and aligning implementations with AEM best practices.

Design, develop, and enhance AEM components, templates, dialogs, Sling models, servlets, and OSGi services.

Troubleshoot and fix build issues across local, UAT, and production environments.

Support cloud migration projects, including AEM as a Cloud Service implementation and dispatcher/cloud manager setup.

Work with Java, J2EE, HTL/Sightly, and Sling framework for backend and frontend development.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or Azure DevOps).

Implement scalable solutions leveraging AEM DAM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, MSM, and workflows.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and best practice enforcement across AEM projects.

Partner with architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality, cloud ready AEM solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
