As an HVAC Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of HVAC initiatives to ensure Operation Field staff in properly maintaining our fleet of modular buildings, ground level offices, refrigerated container storage and DOT Reefer units across North America. You will develop programs and training to ensure our systems are maintained or updated per building codes and best practices are being applied. You will be the Subject Matter Expert on HVAC initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of maintenance, system upgrades, repair, and training of Operation field staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
