Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Contract Duration: 9 - 10 Weeks

Hours Guarantee: 37.5 hours

Work Schedule:

5 days per week

Every other Saturdays and Sundays required

Shift Timing:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

30-minute break included

Location: Ayer, MA

Responsibilities: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, contributing to the well-being of our patients. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing compassionate and attentive care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

Collaborating with nursing and medical staff to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.

Assisting with patient mobility and transportation.

Observing and reporting any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.

Accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care provided.

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

Empathy and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Flexibility to work the specified shift schedule, alternating Saturdays and Sundays.

Location: This position is based in Ayer, MA.
