Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead complex commercial and industrial projects across Central and Southwest Ohio. This senior-level role blends advanced technical expertise with team leadership, overseeing electrical system design, integration, and field coordination for large-scale facilities.

This position is ideal for a seasoned electrical engineering professional with deep knowledge of power systems and proven experience managing engineering teams in sophisticated project environments.

Requirements:

Direct high-voltage and medium-voltage system design and integration.

Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities.

Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of approximately 12 engineers and technical staff.

Oversee power distribution, lighting, transformers, PLCs, telecommunications, and data infrastructure systems.

Collaborate with design, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Utilize industry-standard software and platforms for modeling, coordination, and project tracking.

Ensure full compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and client specifications.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

Journeyman License (required)

10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.

Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing direct reports.

Hands-on expertise in: High-Voltage Systems, Medium-Voltage Systems, Power Distribution Systems, Lighting Systems, Transformers, PLCs, Telecom and Data Infrastructure.

Strong background in electrical system integration within complex facilities.

Thorough understanding of applicable electrical codes and industry standards.

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects.
