Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform Mantoux (TB) skin testing and DNA specimen collection for federal probation clients. The LPN will be responsible for administering and reading TB tests, collecting buccal swab or other authorized DNA samples, ensuring proper chain-of-custody procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to all federal, state, and agency protocols.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license, demonstrate strong documentation skills, maintain professionalism in secure environments, and ensure confidentiality at all times.
