Schedule, Full Time

Monday through Friday

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Dedicated lunch hour

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer phones, direct calls, and manage patient inquiries

Schedule and coordinate appointments, including hygiene and doctor schedules

Collect co-payments and post patient payments accurately

Handle insurance follow-up and resolve claim issues

Prepare and review treatment plans and financial estimates with patients as needed

Manage new patient intake, consent forms, and checkout procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office

Track and review monthly new patient reports

Assist with light marketing efforts, newsletters, and social media

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily patient flow

Requirements

Dental clinical knowledge and understanding of dental insurance required

Dentrix experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with strong clerical and organizational abilities

Comfortable presenting financial information and treatment estimates

Proficient in basic computer applications and able to learn new systems

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or GED required
