Job Description
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Student Recruitment (On a day-to-day basis)
To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions;
To develop and enhance the counselling services;
To follow up on students’ enquiry / application / acceptance;
To attend to students and parents feedbacks, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate
and prompt manner and adhere to service standards;
To maintain student database;
To handle all office administrative matters
Marketing / Events
To document and implement local marketing plan / budget;
To handle and carry out sales and marketing activities / events for both online & offline
such as roadshows, education fairs, presentations, direct mailing and activity logistics;
To promote and market education and institutions;
To identify new markets segment;
To obtain and update market intelligence;
To raise profile / awareness of the Company Brand
Public Relations
To build excellent relationship with representatives from institutions;
To develop and maintain relationship with any special group (ie. Student clubs /
associations, professional association);
To be a liaison person with local partners / sub-agents;
To visit schools, colleges and universities and build relationship with principles and
school counsellors
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Work experience in migration or travel agencies, customer service, visa processing
Technology savvy knowledge or willing to learn CRM platforms
Administrative and Sales experience.
Public Relation skills
Nice to have:
Background in international studies/foreign studies/foreign affairs/Asian Studies,
hospitality, tourism, or any related course.
Visa processing experience in any country in Asia.
Work or studied in any country in Asia for at least a month.
