Project Accountant

Construction Accountant – $65K–$80K + Hybrid Schedule High-Growth Company

What you’ll be doing:

• Job costing and detailed project cost tracking to support accurate financials

• WIP reporting and project margin analysis

• Preparing and managing AIA progress billing (G702/G703), including Schedule of Values and retainage tracking

• Month-end close support, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Partnering with project managers to monitor budgets, costs, and billing throughout the project lifecycle

• Helping streamline and improve accounting workflows

• Construction or project-based accounting experience

• Hands-on experience with job costing, AIA billing, and WIP schedules

• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
