Role Overview

An industry leading apparel and lifestyle company—recognized for its fast moving culture, high volume product cycles, and strong presence across major retail and e commerce channels—is seeking two data driven professionals to support a critical digital operations project. This organization is known for its collaborative environment, consumer focused product development, and commitment to operational excellence.

In this Excel Specialist role, you will support large scale e commerce workflows and ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and ready for system integration.

As an Excel Specialist, you will:

Create and populate detailed data spreadsheets using a structured template

Translate product information into internal systems with accuracy and consistency

Manage and manipulate large datasets across multiple product categories

Enter product titles, SKUs, descriptions, and attributes

Follow strict formatting and data-structure requirements

Identify, flag, and help resolve missing, inconsistent, or unclear data

Must Have Skills

To succeed as an Excel Specialist, candidates must demonstrate:

Advanced Excel skills including formatting, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formula troubleshooting

Exceptional attention to detail and strong data quality instincts

Ability to learn new systems quickly (including leveraging tools such as ChatGPT)

Organizational discipline and comfort with high volume workflows

Nice to Haves

Experience that will elevate performance as an Excel Specialist includes:

Background in consumer goods or e commerce product data

Familiarity with CSV imports, data validation, and catalog maintenance

Experience supporting digital retail operations or merchandising teams
