About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in renewing our existing client accounts by developing strategic renewal plans, providing consultations, and delivering tailored recommendations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners, brokers, and employer groups will be crucial for your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead renewal processes for your assigned book of business, leveraging internal data and market analysis to create effective renewal strategies that enhance business retention.

Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Underwriting Operations to ensure a smooth implementation experience for new clients, including onboarding calls and educational sessions.

Provide exceptional support and escalated service throughout the plan year, resolving issues and meeting with clients through various communication channels.

Evaluate group performance and identify potential threats and opportunities, sharing insights on cost drivers and utilization trends to prepare for renewals.

Deliver training and updates to internal and external stakeholders, partnering with marketing to craft valuable educational materials for clients and their employees.

Minimum Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to consult on insurance products.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating diplomacy and a commitment to understanding customer needs.

Ability to work independently, make decisions that align with organizational goals, and manage conflicts with minimal oversight.

Strong time management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Active life and health insurance license, or willingness to obtain with company support within the first year.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $62,947.30 to $90,923.65 annually, based on your location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. This role may also offer bonus opportunities. We are dedicated to providing competitive salaries and benefits that reflect market standards.
