Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Post-Closing Coordinator to join our in-office team. This role is
critical to maintaining the integrity, compliance, and completion of every transaction after
closing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and takes ownership of their files. This is

Responsibilities
Review closed files to ensure completeness and compliance with underwriter and company standards
Confirm execution of all required documents and affidavits
Balance and finalize files prior to recording submission
Recording & Document Management
Prepare and submit documents for e-recording and manual recording
Track recording status and promptly resolve rejections
Coordinate with county clerks and municipalities when necessary
Policy Issuance
Prepare and issue final owners and lender policiies
Confirm endorsements, premiums, and final figures
Ensure timely delivery in accordance with underwriter guidelines
Clearance & Resolution
Follow up on satisfactions, payoffs, liens, and post-closing conditions
Maintain an organized tickler system to ensure no file remains unresolved
Compliance & Quality Control
Maintain audit-ready files
Ensure adherence to New York State title regulations and underwriter requirements
Support internal audits and quality assurance initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of title post-closing experience (New York preferred)
Strong understanding of recording procedures and policy preparation
Familiarity with title production software (SnapClose experience a plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
