Position Type: Part-Time

Shifts Available (including every other weekend):

Days 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

New Wage Range: $27 - $32.52 per hour based on experience

Location: 710 S Kenwood Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota 55767

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.

Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.

Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.

Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.

Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.

Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.

Documents care using electronic charting systems.

Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.

Performs other duties as assigned.Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
