Machine Operator

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating slitter and die cutter machines. The ideal candidate will efficiently load products onto machines and initiate the operation with precision and care. Additionally, you will perform minor troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Operate slitter and die cutter machines effectively.

Load products onto machines and initiate operations.

Perform very minor troubleshooting on machines to maintain operational flow.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in machine operation, including slitter and die cutter machines.

Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.

Ability to use hand tools, tape measures, and calipers.

Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferably 6 months to 1 year of machine operating experience.

Familiarity with laser operation and general production processes.

Work Environment

The work schedule consists of 4 days on from 7am to 7pm on a 2-2-3 rotation, followed by 5 nights on from 7pm to 7am on a 2-2-3 rotation. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blythewood, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
