Key Responsibilities for the Accountant

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and payment scheduling as the Accountant.

Process check runs, prepare/process/post wire transfers, and reconcile daily cash activity and positions.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts, sub ledger to general ledger balances, and post adjusting journal entries.

Participate in month end close procedures and support financial and tax audits.

Produce financial reports, analyze results, and prepare ad hoc reporting; coordinate daily mail, filing, and scanning responsibilities as part of the Accountant role.

Qualifications for the Accountant

8+ years of accounting experience; strong end to end accounting knowledge required.

QuickBooks experience required; CPA is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and professionalism.
