The company boasts a great organizational culture, tight knit group at home office. Typical hours will be 9 AM - 5 PM, with some occasional domestic travel. Responsibilities for Finance Manager Role:

Oversee Finance and Accounting operations for multiple locations

The Finance Manager will needs to be familiar with Month-End Close Procedures

Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities

Natural ability to build relationships and partner with the business

Committed to process improvement and professional growth

Comfortable in both individual and team environments

The Finance Manager candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with some travel required

Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including macros, pivot tables, etc.

Ability to run and update rolling financial forecast for locations

What we are seeking with a Finance Manager Candidate:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

5+ years of experience in a Finance and or Accounting function

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and modeling

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

High attention to detail and integrity in financial handling
