Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects by managing schedules, coordinating cross functional activities, and ensuring accurate project controls. This role plays a key part in monitoring progress, identifying risks, and providing analytical insights that help maintain project scope, schedule, and budget integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules following best-practice standards, ensuring accuracy, version control, and early identification of delays.
Track and report project performance metrics, providing clear weekly updates to support project teams in decision making and issue resolution.
Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure project structure, traceability, and alignment with deliverables.
Monitor project progress by reviewing forecasts, identifying critical path activities, and recommending corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets.
Maintain and update the project risk register to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
Track baselines, perform what if analyses, and support development of contingency plans to maintain project resilience.
Coordinate across cross functional teams to identify project issues, track action items, and work closely with the Project Manager to drive timely resolutions.
Skills & Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, data center construction, or EPC environments.
Advanced proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
Intermediate experience with financial or ERP systems such as EcoSys or Oracle.
Familiarity with construction management tools such as Procore.
Knowledge of modular and prefabricated construction methods, industrial piping and power systems, or complex manufacturing workflows is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management.
