RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION BILLING SPECIALIST
The Construction Billing Specialist will modify and incorporate approved change orders into project budgets and internal systems
The Construction Billing Specialist will calculate and process time and materials billing by verifying signed timesheets and allocating labor and materials to job codes
Track and transfer project costs including labor, inventory, and materials to ensure accurate job costing
Upload change order requests and billing documentation into client systems while maintaining internal tracking
Support daily administrative and billing functions related to active construction projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION BILLING SPECIALIST
Must have construction billing or job costing experience
Experience with time and materials billing required, AIA billing a plus
Foundation software experience a plus
Intermediate Excel skills required
Salary is $50-$55k, DOE
