Key Responsibilities
HR
Lead onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee lifecycle processes.
Administer leave programs and support performance management.
Assist with recruiting, employment branding, and contractor agreements.
Advise leaders on HR policies and employee relations.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of HR expeirence.
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
Stable work history with clear progression.
