Key Responsibilities of the IT Support & Field Technician:

Provide on-site IT support at multiple facilities within a 5 mile radius

Use your expertise as an IT Support & Field Technician to support both standard IT systems and specialized industry tech

Collaborate closely with teammembers

What We're Looking for in an IT Support & Field Technician:

1+ years of experience in IT support or field tech roles preferred

Strong background in Windows environments and Office 365

Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving skills
