Our client, a well established and rapidly growing company in Kern County, is seeking a Corporate Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations and provide high level administrative support across departments and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to corporate leadership and department heads
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
Support office operations including supply coordination, vendor communication, and file management
Assist with onboarding tasks, internal communications, and company events
Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Help streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
Serve as an organizational resource for employees and business partners
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, corporate support role, or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
