Compensation: $70K–$80K (firm range) + potential discretionary bonus next year

Role Overview

This HR Generalist will support day to day HR operations with key focus on multi state employer tax accounts, benefits administration, employee wellness communication, and general compliance.

Breakdown of Responsibilities

• Employer Tax Account Management

Experience required

Serves as liaison with ADP for employment tax updates

Handles multi state tax accounts, unemployment systems, and documentation

Supports tax jurisdiction setup for employees working across state lines

• Benefits Administration

Open enrollment coordination

Employee questions & support

Liaison with carriers, brokers & TPAs

Billing audits, payroll deduction setup

ACA tracking & 1095 C support

• Employee Wellness & Communication

Develop newsletters & communications

Promote benefit utilization & wellness initiatives

Track participation metrics

• Admin & Compliance

HRIS maintenance

Multi state labor law postings

Support audits & documentation requests

• Ad Hoc HR Support

Flexible responsibilities supporting operations through growth

What They’re Looking For

5+ years of HR experience

Multi state tax/unemployment experience preferred

Benefits admin experience required

ADP experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred (will consider equivalent experience)
