We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role works closely with the Controller and plays a key part in month-end close, audits, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with month-end and year-end close

Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations

Support audits and compliance requirements

Help maintain internal controls and accounting procedures

Supervise or review work of accounting staff as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of GAAP

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
