Job Title: Ecommerce Project Specialist
Location: Lewis Center, Ohio
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Ecommerce Project Specialist to manage product setup and catalog management. This role is critical to ensuring that product data is accurately structured, formatted, and ready for upload into our ecommerce systems. The ideal candidate thrives on precision, excels in spreadsheets, and can consistently follow detailed templates and data conventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and populate product data spreadsheets using standardized templates
Translate raw product information into structured formats that align with ecommerce requirements
Standardize product titles, descriptions, SKUs, attributes, and variant data
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all fields including size, color, pricing, and UPCs
Follow strict formatting guidelines for seamless system imports
Identify and flag missing, inconsistent, or unclear data for review
Perform quality checks to ensure files are clean, complete, and upload-ready
Meet project deadlines and achieve daily/weekly data volume targets
Required Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured templates and formatting rules
Comfortable handling large datasets
Strong organizational skills and time management
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with product catalogs, SKUs, and variant structures
Familiarity with apparel or consumer goods data
Basic understanding of CSV imports and data validation
