Router Operator - Day Shift

Job Description Dayshift Router Operator – Full Time (Immediate Opening) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PMStarting Pay: $17.00/hr We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dayshift Router Operator to join our team immediately.

This position requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to keep production moving efficiently throughout the day.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the router machine safely and efficiently throughout the shift.Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure.Work with a computer daily to run jobs, monitor production, and manage workflow.Hand-load or flip sheet materials as needed — must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently.Maintain a consistent production pace with a goal of cutting at least 50 sheets per day.Troubleshoot minor issues and keep the machine running smoothly.Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.RequirementsMust be 18 years or older.Ability to accurately read a tape measure.Comfortable using a computer daily.Physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs regularly.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think through processes.Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Must meet daily production expectations.What We’re Looking For We need someone dependable with a good head on their shoulders—someone who’s not afraid of physical labor, learns quickly, and can keep the machine running without constant supervision.
