Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, improve workflow efficiency, and assist with coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced service-based business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate schedules, bookings, and internal communications
Maintain organized digital files, records, and reports
Support order tracking and follow-ups from inquiry to completion
Update spreadsheets and basic operational documentation
Assist with customer communication and internal task coordination
Support onboarding and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in operations, admin support, or virtual assistance is a plus
