About the Role

This position involves making outbound calls across different campaigns, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll need to confidently switch between services while keeping communication professional and structured.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses and services

Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally

Follow call scripts/guidelines while adapting messaging as needed

Manage call schedules, follow-ups, and notes accurately

Maintain organised records of call outcomes

Work towards agreed performance and call targets

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Excellent time management and organisational ability

Comfortable handling multiple campaigns/services

Professional phone manner with a positive attitude

Experience using CRM systems or call tracking tools
