IT Project Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage projects end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure completion.

Update presentation decks for weekly status meetings.

Conduct daily stand-ups with stakeholders for alignment.

Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate when needed.

Track IT budgets and ensure financial accountability.

Plan implementation cut-overs and prepare run-books.

Ensure compliance with governance requirements.

Job Requirements:

Experience in managing complex projects and system interfaces.

Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Knowledge in Wealth Management or Avaloq systems will be preferable.

PMP certification is advantageous.
