Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at SHJ International in Saskatchewan, SK.

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting, maintaining, and updating data in our database and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the information. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting data from source documents into the computer system

Updating and maintaining databases with accurate information

Performing regular data quality checks and audits

Ensuring data integrity and security

Assisting with data cleanup and organization projects

Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in data entry and typing

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Microsoft Office and data management software

Previous experience in data entry or related field is a plus
